An Experienced educator and Lifelong learner, with tenacious and proactive approaches that have resulted in numerous success stories. My purpose is developing students’ knowledge, skills and character to get them ready for future endeavors. Transforming the school community into a holistic educational ecosystem that runs in harmony with its surrounding community is my ultimate goal as an administrator. I am a diligent and committed hard worker who utilizes critical thinking skills and problem solving techniques for effective and efficient productivity at all times. My positive contribution to my work community through dedication and motivation is an asset to any institute. Versatile educational experience as a Chemistry and Math teacher has offered me the chance to persue further opportunities in educational management. Constant thrive towards excellence and professional development lead to my acquiring an Advanced Diploma in management, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification and a Masters in Educational Management, Leadership and Policy. Personality, character and desire to perform and outperform are driving forces in my life. Attention to detail and the desire & will to learn and develop are my daily objectives. My 4 years of experience as a school principal and 8 years as Vice Principal have broadened my horizons and enriched my experience at different levels. With advanced knowledge about rules, regulations and proper effective implementation and follow up strategies across all levels in a school organization, hard working hours and sacrifice have been worthwhile through official recognition of concerned entities and stakeholders. My constant quest is finding new challenges that enrich my experience and share my passion with fellow educators and professionals.
