Sammy Kumar is the Co-Founder & CEO of Tenet Advisory & Investments. Tenet is an Advisory & Investments business created for a changing world. Founded on a steadfast belief in the principles of momentum, growth and value creation, we partner with clients to create a better today, and an even stronger tomorrow. Sammy is a business leader with over 35 years experience in Management Consulting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Risk Management, Strategy, Technology and Ventures. Sammy’s work includes significant experience in many overseas markets including the US, Canada, South America and Asia Pacific. He has advised companies in a number of sectors including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Technology services, Private Equity and Venture Capital. During his time at PwC he started, led and grew businesses both in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region managing revenues of over $1billion. Prior to this, he was the Managing Partner for PwC Australia's Enterprise business, Strategy and Transformation and its Asia practice, which reflects the firm's focus on future growth opportunities. In August 2008, he was appointed the National Leader for PwC's Consulting business of more than 800 staff. Sharing his business acumen, he co-authored the book ‘To the Max: Revenue Maximization: Capturing the Opportunities Within’. Sammy is a thought leader on a range of topics including revenue risk management, mega trends impacting economies and the impact of technology on business strategy. Sammy has a Bachelor of Business - Accounting from Monash University and completed a professional year at Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is a Fellowship Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia (FCA). Sammy is a committed member of the broader community with Board appointments at Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne, Royal Children's Hospital Foundation, Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust and Centre for Australia-India Relations (DFAT's - CAIR).
