Been over 4 years of extensive kitchen expertise in cooking, prepping, inventory management, Sysco/Fresh Start buying of meat and produce etc. Aim is to make a transition from kitchen life to food buying for big corporations. My education knowledge spreads from studying Financial markets in my bachelor’s to Apparel costing and Merchandising from National institute of Fashion Technology ( NIFT). I have gained a sense of knowledge of the functioning of SQL via my Post Graduate program in Health Informatics here in Canada. Studying Informatics has been one of the best programs that i have come across during the time of COVID.
