About Sandra Govere

I am a self-motivated, enthusiastic strategic and financial professional with close to ten years of invaluable management experience in both the public sector (higher education and training) and private sector (manufacturing, telecommunications and financial services industry). I have, both in the past and present, managed budgets in excess of R800million. I also have vast practical experience in, preparing financial reports, directing investment activities, and implementing sound financial management strategies to the highest possible standards of excellence and transparency. My knowledge of the regulatory framework, financial policy framework and compliance with external regulations, accounting and financial management standards as well as internal policies and procedures have ensured my contribution as the Manager: Finances towards the NIHE getting clean audits over the years.
