I contribute to and create environments where people feel safe to explore, laugh and grow because that’s where the best ideas come to life. Throughout my career, I’ve worked where people and technology meet. From supporting tech leadership teams and shaping how we brand ourselves towards future talent, to evaluating and implementing learning technologies that enable smoother and more meaningful development. I’m passionate about communication, facilitation, and design, working to make transformation practical, inspiring, and human. A colleague once said to me, “Sandra, for you, human experience isn’t a method - it’s a mindset.” - for me, it always comes down to people. Whether it’s building learning ecosystems, facilitating AI adoption, or shaping culture through UX-inspired storytelling and collaboration, I stay close to research and evidence-based methods such as ADKAR, Double Diamond, and design thinking. I’m curious, collaborative, and I thrive in environments where people support each other, experiment, and grow together with openness and trust. Because that’s where both people and business truly thrive.
