Building on an international MBA, Sandra worked internationally in diverse positions and projects in global corporations, mainly in the digital innovation space (learning, product, program and community management). Ongoing personal and professional development leads to delivering holistic transformation experiences. She now specialises in the "Future of Work 5.0” (culture, capability, leadership) to lift collaboration and innovation to a new level. Being part of the "teal" ventures "Enspiral" and "Future of Work Collective", she works solo or in ad-hoc collaborations. Apart from corporate work, she creates sacred art (-> Media), offers consciousness coaching and studies intuitive innovation, working in collectives plus spirituality in business and innovation.
