Sandra has performed over 1,500 studies and has extensive experience with cost segregation related issues including: • Bonus depreciation, • Qualified Improvement Property, • Qualified Leasehold Property, • Tangible regulations / expense and repairs • Qualified Restaurant Property and Qualified Retail Property, • The Alternative Depreciation System, • Catch-up depreciation and change in accounting method filings, and • Leasehold Allowances.
