I am an experienced team manager focusing on Digital Transformation projects. I am in close alignment with both functional and technical team members, enabling to understand the full picture. Throughout my career, I learned to work closely together with the stakeholders to identify gaps or requirements and to discuss and implement possible solutions to tackle them. This experience has also refined my ability to protect project scope and deliver within timelines, leveraging my critical mindset and robust skill set. In my current role I am responsible for overseeing project progress and timelines, ensuring quality control, and managing risks. I act as the primary point of alignment between project teams and stakeholders, while reporting to the CIO. I will step in during the CIO’s absence to ensure uninterrupted project follow-up. I support resource and capacity planning with a strong focus on maintaining the critical path to achieve successful project delivery.
