Maintains the HOD’s calendars, arranges meetings and conferences and notifies the interested parties. Self-correspondences/emails within the department, other departments and vendors. Collating data from twelve plants and making monthly MIS for top Executive. Checking & processing of vendors bills & payments using SAP software Manage timely payment of utility bills, credit card payment, bank statements, income tax return, etc. Assist in formatting and making word, excel and power-point. Making visiting card, maintaining stocks and distributing the stationeries, servicing of office equipment, reimbursement of mobile bills, vehicles arrangement, claiming vouchers and housekeeping, etc. Co-ordinate with travel desk for international and domestic ticket bookings, room booking, renewal of passport, visa, forex, overseas travel insurance, itinerary and travel expenses report.
