A former boss once asked me where I see myself in 10 years time, and my response was simple, skies the limit and I won’t quit or stop until I have achieved it all. Hi! I’m Sanjit and I am an overly optimistic person driven to succeed in all aspects of my professional career! I like to climb ladders, so I will continue to do so… As an enthusiastic professional development planner with proven multi-task and attention to detail skills, I manage the professional development programming for members of the Canadian Bar Association – BC Branch. Managing key deliverables to effectively execute seamless seminars and conferences, I play a critical role in establishing programming that is sought after by a large community of lawyers in BC. With strong analytical and decision-making skills, I execute with precision and accuracy. My experience comes from working with an affluent BC environmental NGO, the Immigrant Employment Council of BC, and of course, the Canadian Bar Association. Throughout my career, I have worked alongside representatives of the judiciary, Bar, different levels of government, civil service employees, political leaders, stewardship groups, and peers alike. Building up volunteer engagement and enhancing the professional and commercial interests of a diverse legal community, I am resourceful, flexible, and adaptable in performance driven environments. Having a bad day, need an answer to something no one can seem to answer, need assistance, a solution, or perhaps you just need to laugh a little? I am the one people come to, always committed to bringing thoughtful suggestions and solutions to the table.
