I created and implemented a content strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, resulting in a 2.3x improvement in ROAS (Return On Ad Spend)- George Brown College: Managed the college's social media presence, aligning content strategy with target audiences across platforms. I conducted research to identify competitor activities and social media trends and implemented various organic marketing strategies (content calendar, hashtags, contests) to boost follower engagement and reach. Event Management Expertise and Collaboration- Food Matters: Led the planning and execution of over 50 events. This involved collaborating with chefs, securing B2B partnerships, managing event teams, and ensuring positive guest relations. My passion extends beyond professional pursuits. As a Volunteer Captain with the City of Toronto, I contribute to the smooth running of city events.
