About Sanna Aikio

Connecting people with your strategy I work as a Director and Team Leader for Industrial and Energy Practices in MU Finland. In my own client work I focus on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory Services, mainly with companies and organisation in Northern and Eastern Finland. In addition to Executive Search and Leadership Assessments, I have been taking part of several Management Audits and Coaching projects, including large scale Global projects. I am a Member of the MU Leadership Team in Finland. I hold a MSC in Economics and Business Administration, majoring management and organisations. I´m also a certified coach (ICF ACC). Currently I´m on study leave, studying Psychology at Open University in Jyväskylä. As a person I´m highly target oriented, self-driven and proactive. I´m really eager to challenge and develop myself, others and organisations every day. Trustworthiness, sustainability and genuineness are important values for me. On free time I love to go to nature for example to walk, ski, or bike. I also enjoy to read and go to theatre every now and then. Spending time with my family and friends is the most important for me.
