Instrumental in transferring capacity in plants within site. • Initiated and achieved Capacity enhancement with continual Improvement projects in current role, also seen as good trouble shooter for the chronic issue existed. • Scale up of API in Plant.(Aripiprazole 4-fold, Hydrochlorothiazide two-fold & Bisoprolol Fumarate 2 fold). • Completed Apprenticeship Training (AOCP) from NOCIL,(Maharashtra) from Jun-1995 to May-1998.
