Background

About Sara Daudlin

I build the programs and operational systems that help organizations serve their communities with dignity, clarity, and purpose — managing budgets, driving process improvements, and turning data into decisions that matter. With 8+ years at Northwestern University, I've overseen $180K+ budgets, coordinated cross-functional projects, designed large-scale events, and created communications that reached thousands of stakeholders. My MS in Information Design means I don't just run systems — I make complex things accessible and clear for the people who need them most.I'm now bringing those skills to mission-driven organizations in Chicago focused on cultural engagement, human services, and community impact — places where operational excellence directly enables people to thrive. I'm drawn to work that centers dignity, expands access, and makes a tangible difference in people's lives. What I bring- Program & operations coordination built for community impact- Budget oversight, data analysis & stakeholder reporting- Engagement strategies that reach diverse audiences- Communications & digital content that make complexity accessible- A collaborative, equity-centered approach to every initiative
