With a multifaceted career spanning over two decades, I have dedicated myself to leading and transforming organizations in the health care sector. My journey began with a strong foundation in journalism, complemented by an advanced degree in Health Communications from Tufts University School of Medicine. This unique blend of communication and health expertise has been the cornerstone of my approach to leadership and advocacy. As Chief Development & Community Engagement Officer at Duffy Health Center, I've been instrumental in shaping strategic initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals. My responsibilities include managing a diverse team, overseeing budget and policy development, and nurturing vital relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the organization and our community. Prior to this, I served as the Director of Marketing at Cape Cod Academy, where I led significant branding and enrollment initiatives and held key marketing roles at The Cape Cod Foundation and Cape Cod Healthcare. These experiences have honed my strategic planning, team leadership, and brand management skills. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to community service. As an elected town councilor and active member of various community organizations, I strive to make a tangible impact at the local level. I am particularly passionate about diversity and equity, consistently working to foster inclusive environments in both my professional and civic roles. I am excited about the future and look forward to continuing my journey of leading change, advocating for health and diversity, and building resilient communities.
