About Sara Marcial

With a passion for customer service, communications, and all things marketing, I have both the skill set and professional background necessary to serve as an asset to any organization. I am an upbeat, self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills who enjoys being a part of a team. With a Master's Degree in Strategic Communications, I am well-informed in all aspects of strategic communication. I have excelled in my education and paired with my customer relations and managerial experience; I am an excellent candidate for an entry level position. While I worked for the San Diego Padres, I learned what it takes to be an integral part of an organization that truly appreciates their customers and was awarded the peer nominated Rookie of the Year award. Although I started as a cashier with Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS), I was promoted to supervisor within 6 months. As a Supervisor for MCCS I learned how to be a successful leader operating a retail store while maintaining schedules and budgets. In my current role as Office Manager, I ensure a welcoming environment for everyone who enters the office and complete any task assigned to me; whether it involves accounting, communicating with constituents, or organizing major events. I enjoy working the problem and creating successful solutions to copy and design. I am always willing to learn more about the new styles and/or techniques available to me, not only to advance my own knowledge but help advance my organization as well. I am ready to see what is available to me and am excited for the new opportunities that await.
