Sara takes the chaos out of transition! While whole brain engagement has been utilized in care fields for decades, it's relatively new to the strategic planning disciplines. She has been creating content and living out what it means to incorporate art and movement while navigating major life transitions after living overseas for 12 years. She created The Art of Transition process and workbook, the train the trainer guide, the sabbatical blueprint guide, & The Camino de Santiago for transition guide. She has worked as a cross-cultural transition coach for people working in more than 100 organizations over the last two decades. Sara holds a BA in Psychology, MA in Intercultural Studies and an ACC with the ICF (International Coaching Federation). She has served over 20 years in faith-based non-profit work.
