About Sara Sweatt

Dr. Sara Sweatt was born and raised in Middle Tennessee and lives with her husband, Paul, in Franklin, Tennessee. She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from The University of Tennessee – Knoxville and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center.Sara has been an orthopedic physical therapist in Williamson County for 9 years. Throughout her professional career, she has earned several certifications, including Integrative Dry Needling, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and LSVT BIG; however, the one she is most excited about and currently pursuing is pelvic health.Sara grew up playing multiple sports and has continued to maintain an active lifestyle. She has been a member of the CrossFit community since 2017 and loves lifting heavy weights (and loves helping her patients learn to lift, too!). Sara is passionate about her patients being able to perform and thrive doing the activities they love, from athletes trying to be at the top of their game to moms wanting to work out again to grandparents wanting to play with their grandkids.Dr. Sara Sweatt prides herself on being an integral piece of the puzzle for her patients to become the best version of themselves with their health and fitness.
