About Sarah Eccersall

With over five years of experience at McCormick Foods Australia, I serve as Inventory Controller and have recently expanded my role to include Customer Relations responsibilities. I specialise in maintaining accurate inventory records, investigating discrepancies, managing stock levels, and conducting inspections, reconciliations, and stock reporting. My expertise ensures the seamless flow of inventory operations, supporting the company’s commitment to quality and efficiency. In my Customer Relations capacity, I process and track customer orders, analyse and report on picking and delivery data, and respond to customer claims and inquiries. This dual role allows me to bridge operational excellence with exceptional customer service. My professional background includes compliance and facility auditing as well as shipping logistics, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and regulatory requirements. I am passionate about delivering results, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement in inventory and logistics management
