About Sarah Hackwith

For the past 13 years, I have been a fitness professional in the boutique fitness space, teaching thousands of clients, coaching instructors, and managing studios for both small local and internationally-renowned brands. I have years of experience teaching a wide variety of formats, including reformer Pilates, indoor cycling, HIIT/bootcamp classes, dance cardio, rebounding cardio, and strength classes. Though I love teaching fitness classes, I am also super passionate about coaching and bringing my high-energy attitude to teams that are looking to level-up - in a variety of ways! I'm driven, intentional, positive, and confident. Other experience includes: public speaking; coaching; sales; marketing; social media management; recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding talent; executive-level administrative support; contract administration; and copyediting. Certified Eating Psychology Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating (Colorado Springs, CO), and former NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
