About Sarah Hamilton

I spend my days speaking with SME leaders across the East of England — and I see the same challenges come up time and again. As businesses grow, the people side often becomes the hardest part to manage. Leaders tell me they’re struggling to retain great talent, align their leadership teams, or build the structure needed to keep up with demand. Many are still too involved in day-to-day firefighting and don’t have the time or support to step back and shape their people strategy. That’s where People Puzzles comes in. We provide experienced, fractional People Directors who work inside your business — not as consultants, but as part of your team. They help you get the right people, structure, and culture in place so you can scale confidently and sustainably. If you’re growing a team in the East and need clarity on your people strategy — let’s talk. I’m always happy to share what we’re seeing work for other ambitious SMEs in the region. What drives me hasn’t changed in ten years: helping business owners unlock growth, build confidence in their leadership, and create teams that make work something people love being part of.
