I’m a motivated and compassionate Office Administration – Health Services student at Durham College, with hands-on experience supporting patients and healthcare teams in clinical and administrative settings. My background spans roles in medical reception, client services, and administrative support—developing my strengths in communication, organization, and patient-centered care. Currently, I’m completing my placement in the Fracture Clinic at Markham Stouffville Hospital, where I assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral processing, and coordination with physicians and nurses. I’ve also worked with LifeLabs, MLSE, and CIBC, building a well-rounded foundation in high-volume, client-facing environments. With strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (certified in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), a passion for efficiency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, I’m excited to grow my career in healthcare administration and contribute meaningfully to a healthcare team.
