About Sarah McNulty

I work as a Litigation Solicitor in the General Litigation Department at Cantillons Solicitors. I graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Civil Law Degree from University College Cork. Having successfully completed the Law Society FE-1 Examinations, I attended Blackhall Place, Dublin to complete PPC1 and PPC2 courses and complete my professional exams with the Law Society of Ireland. I qualified and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2020. Having joined Cantillons Solicitors in 2015 and completing my Apprenticeship with the Firm, I have gained invaluable experience in a wide variety of legal areas, in particular, in Medical Negligence and the General Litigation. I am presently a Law School Ambassador, an initiative run by the Law Society of Ireland, for the benefit of current Law School Students who are completing the PPC courses remotely. The Firm, Cantillons Solicitors, has several different departments. The Firm, as well as having a renowned Personal Injuries practice, also represents clients in Professional Negligence Actions, Commercial Litigation and Property Disputes. We represent victims of Medical and Dental Negligence and we also assist individuals in obtaining their Constitutional Rights. In particular, we have been instrumental in establishing and expanding on Educational Rights and the rights of those with Special Needs. The Probate Department deals with such matters as Will Drafting, Estate Planning and the Administration of Estates and Probate Litigation.
