About Sarah Wilder

Studying Theology and Evangelization at Benedictine College, I also minored in Education and spent several semesters working as a substitute teacher once a week, working often with k-12 students with special needs, and tutoring college students three nights a week. I have been cooperating tirelessly with the work of Christ and in building his kingdom in my own life and the lives of those around me. I have been active in and passionate about my faith since 7th grade and found many ways to lead and serve my parish community in high school. After spending several years as a missionary with NET Ministries and doing a summer of Totus Tuus, I moved to Atchison to study. During college, I joined a community on campus called Saint Paul's Outreach, in which I lived in household with other women who were seeking to live a radically christ-centered way of life. Being given leadership within our community, I had the honor and privilege of working with many students and missionaries to develop environments where community could flourish. Although I'm not entirely sure what is next for me, I feel a strong call to work as a theology teacher or for a Catholic ministry.
