I bring to the table, exceptional skills in providing strategic consultancy on Greenfield and Brownfield projects, innovative Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, and global business expansion, translating to positive impact on top-line and bottom-line of organizations. Progressing through various roles from grassroot levels to strategic, global ones within the said span, I collaborated with matrixed leadership teams to formulate & implement strategic and differentiated growth plans, with key focus on establishing profitable investment, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystem programs. Currently rendering business consultancy and strategic advisory services to startups and global companies in varied industries viz. Aerospace & Spacetech, Cyber Security, Legal-Tech, Med-Tech, Fintech, and Edtech – among other deep-tech domains. I have built a distinguished career in organizations such as Swiss Business Hub and Invest Alberta Corporation (IAC). At IAC, I was accountable for leading the largest investment team, globally, with the agenda of securing investments and business opportunities for Alberta from across 11 countries in North America, APAC, and Europe. Recognized as the ‘face of the organization’ in several forums; I presented at matrixed Investor, Board, and Executive levels and led several rounds of negotiations to arrive at win-win scenarios. As a strategic leader, I am not just satisfied with efforts, but believe in delivering end-result, backed by a collaborative work environment and clearly defined professional targets. Nurturing high-performance teams ground-up is my forte, backed by my belief in Potter Stewart’s quote ‘Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do.’ An avid reader, classical Indian dancer, baker, and an active volunteer in the sphere of education, I always aspire to improve myself holistically and believe in Angelina Jolie’s quote ‘If you don’t get out of the box you’ve been raised in, you won’t understand how much bigger the world is’ – testified by my successful professional journey from India to Canada.
