Do you want to have unconditional happiness? It is possible and it's not necessarily what you think it might be. Unconditional happiness is a base line we have within ourselves. The true definition is with unconditional happiness you can experience ANY emotion, which includes sadness, fear, anger or hurt. However, you will STILL experience a state of well-being and calm within. With that, it will give you what you need to bounce back much quicker when life does throw a challenge your way, as it is always ever so kind to do time to time. Unconditional happiness allows us to live a life with expansion. Emotions can be put in two categories (ref Marci Shimoff, author and trainer of, Happy for no reason), expansion and contraction. Expansion: love, openness, gratitude, forgiveness, loving kindness and Heart rhythm coherence. Contraction: fear, anger, sadness, tension, disappointment, emptiness, resentment, self-centeredness, and Heart rhythm INcoherence. Which category would you prefer to live your life?
