10 years of work experience under GLP and non-GLP setup (Regulatory toxicology: 4 years as Study Director and 2 years as Head-Toxicology in GLP certified CRO). Expertise in small animals’ experimentation - animal handling, drug administration through various routes (Oral, dermal, IV, SC, IP, IM), biological fluid collection, behavioral analysis and harvesting organs. Able to communicate efficiently, implement new SOPs and train the trainees on the experimentation. Able to lead/coordinate with all the members involving in the study, maintenance of all the documents related to study, finalizing the reports. Expertise in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology techniques (ELISA, Chromatography, SDS-PAGE and Agarose gel electrophoresis, RT-PCR, Western blotting, Co-immunoprecipitation, slice biotinylation, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, etc.). Expert in statistical analysis (Graphpad Prism, SPSS, Sigmaplot and Systat). Experience in the maintenance of laboratory in terms of funding accounts maintenance, invoicing the customers, purchasing and maintenance of stock (Chemicals and consumables), annual maintenance of instruments, training the students on instrument handling and experimentation, etc. Faced three phases of GLP inspections.
