- Realignment of Chronic care divisions for UNICHEM. Sales Training Sales Management Worked in the capacity of Associate Vice President and accountable for all 3 Chronic care verticals of UNICHEM; i.e CV;CD; Integra. Around 23 yrs of experience in the cardio-diabetic segment of UNICHEM; I have started as a representative before being elevated as an Area Manager and later as a regional manager while in field. Looking into my strengths; I was later deputed to join training before coming into brand management. I had the opportunity to launch a new segment in antihypertensive therapy i.e ARB's for the first time in INDIA with a brand called LOSAR in 1998; which went on create history with the fastest 50 & 100 Crs mark in cardiology with a very focussed scientific approach and unique CRM initiatives. As an ongoing endeavour to address the needs of market place; we introduced many first time combinations in our country from LORAM to the latest UNISTAR all of which did get acceptance from the key specialities and went on to become leaders in the respective segments. Consistent initiatives over the years to see that chronic care becomes a strong profit centre for the organisation along with a strong position in market place has been the key driver to develop strong teams and in-turn guide them to achieve success.
