I have been engaged in different reputable organizations in the finance, accounts, audit and tax profession from entry level to senior management level positions for more than 10 years now. My intention is to help any organizational setting to maximize their profit and growth and minimize their expenses. Currently I am engaged full time as a government certified Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) and a finance and accounts consultant based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. My area of core specialization are the following: • Accountancy services - Recording/bookkeeping of all financial transactions correctly so that the organization know the financial position and performance of their company. • Consultancy - Providing financial and non financial (e.g. operational) advises to the organization to increase profit and take better management decisions. • Taxation services - Compute taxes of the organization and its people making sure they are taking maximum benefits and paying the minimum. • Secretarial services - Making sure the organization is compliant with all regulatory requirements imposed by governing bodies in the country as well as any other foreign regulators applicable.(e.g. Company Laws, VAT regulations). • Payroll services - Making sure salaries are calculated correctly, distributed on time and individual payslips are provided. • Compliance audit - Making sure the organization is compliant to the agreement or regulator they are bound to.(e.g. Donor agencies perform this audit to make sure their donations are correctly distributed and accounted for). • Feasibility audit - Doing detailed calculations and computations to assure a project is feasible. • Assets revaluation - Calculating the present value of the organization's assets. • Internal audit - Conducting internal audit to make sure a proper internal control is maintained by the management. • Special audit - Assurance is given on a particular scope of work the organization needs assurance on. The above mentioned services are vital for start ups and entrepreneurs. I have a strong believe to emphasize in adding values to business services by ensuring corporate governance and compliance, producing a reliable financial reporting for the investors/entrepreneurs to help them grow their business/manage their business as well as take economic decision in alignment with business goals. I also believe to work under pressure for the organization to meet deadlines when required.
