About Saundra Botts

Did you know there is an 85% chance your next job will not come from a job posting if you earn 200k or more? For Executives, I optimize time spent and navigate the most difficult and unpredictable transitions of their career. A career transition at C-level and a job search over 50 is different than any job changes a professional has ever experienced in their career. Also, our new economy presents different obstacles than have existed prior. Job security now has a whole new meaning at the C-level. Witnessing over 1K Executive landings, I help guide executives through the entire process from entering the job market, which for most is their first time, identifying the path to success, to on-boarding with their new company and beyond to creating the new economy job security. InMail me for free to request to join a private community of executives looking to learn how a job search is different than at non-executive levels to land their ideal executive role. 🧭 Follow #jobsearchwithsaundra for posted guidance, tips and advice for executive level job search. In your career,"the more you cannot control, the more you need to leverage what you can".yes but these are tools God gives us to use. We are ultimately not in control. My ultimate trust lies in God's plan.
