About Saundra Gilliard

In spite of the gains that women have made over the past several years, most ambitious women still aren’t comfortable showing up authentically - feeling fully confident, self-assured and valued? My name is Saundra Gilliard and I’m committed to helping ambitious women break free of the barriers that limits them from reaching their full potential to thrive in every area of their life. After a 17 year lucrative corporate career, I walked away from a prosperous position and spent several years reflecting and healing from the damage of suppressing who I really was. From personal experience, I know what it’s like to feel unseen, unheard and undervalued, regardless of your credentials, capabilities and contributions. I understand the anxiety, stress and fatigue that comes from trying to live in someone else's story of who you are, or who you should be. It is exhausting! I also know that I am not alone. That's why launched Femininely Free! I believe that the time is now, for women to step into their positions of power and level the playing field. To do that, women have to work individually and collectively to shift the social perspective about what it means to be a woman. With that goal in mind, Femininely Free! offers personal transformational programs to help women learn how to show up in every environment, feeling fully confident in their ability to insert their voice and visibility. If you want to learn more about Femininely Free! and our personal transformational programs, please send me a message on LinkedIn or visit I’m also actively expanding my network of other women who are working to advance the power of women. If that’s you, please send me a message so we can see how we can collaborate.
