Project Control Director : Directly reporting to the CEO, responsible for correct implementation and application of Project Control methodologies and processes, both during the acquisition and projects implementation stage. Ensure the definition, regulation and continuous improvement of optimized Project Control methodologies, tools and systems that are tailored to the needs of the projects, in accordance with the guidelines defined at the Corporate level. In coordination with Business Units, Areas and HR, responsible for defining the organizational needs in term of structure, people, skills and knowledge on Project Control. Provide guidance and support to Project Management and Project Control resources in the correct implementation and application of said methodologies in both the acquisition and implementation stage. Ensure an overall view of the progress and economics of the projects, ensuring the collection and analysis of the reports to Corporate Management. Provide the Corporate Management with summary data on the progress of the executive projects and highlights the critical issues in terms of schedule and economic budget. Ensure the correct coordination of the administrative, accounting, budgeting and cash flow activities of the projects, guaranteeing their correct flow and alignment with AFC. Responsible for defining the Project Close-out Database, ensuring benchmark analysis and system for feedback to Commercial function and Business Units.
