About Scott Austin

I've spent many years in the instrumentation and electrical world through out numerous industries and I've gained a wealth of knowledge. I've executed many successful projects from start to finish and overseen multiple work scopes in major capital projects. The majority of my time has been spent as a leader in maintenance departments and this has allowed me develop and mentor some very skilled individuals. I'm very focused and try my best to follow through on all commitments. I lead with positivity and set criteria for my reports and myself to meet. These standards have also created great budget and time management skills, which allow me to perform at a high level. People leadership comes natural to me and I welcome feedback openly for continuous improvement. I've had the opportunity to be part of the global expert team within an organization that helped solved complex issues at multiple plants within the organization. This experience has given me a big picture view on situations, and with extensive trade knowledge has been one my most valuable assets through out my career.
