I aim to inspire growth and joy in those around me. I have a passion for people and an incessant curiosity about life, and it has led me from a career in arts education to leadership and coaching. As a coach, I enjoy helping people become more self-aware so that they can feel more confident and compassionate and make decisions that better align with their values. My career in the arts and as a performer has trained me to be highly empathetic, and I find I quickly connect with people and hear their needs. I still coach in the circus and theater arts and have found these skills useful in leadership training/coaching, where I can help people from all industries grow comfortable with things like emotional vulnerability, self-reflection, and compassion for themselves and others around them. It's been said I've gone from performing to taking toxic masculinity out of the corporate environment and replacing it with an elevated sense of self and humanity. I'm also a loving dog dad and a practicing martial artist (Shodan in Traditional Karate-do, and 6th Kyu in Aikido).
