About Scott MacKenzie

I'm an enthusiastic and energetic person who thrives in situations where I'm given more than I can handle. I prefer to take on extra projects, assignments and responsibilities rather than simply perform the minimum of what is required of me. I live for high stress situations, as John Force once said "I give heart attacks, I don't get them." I've devoted the last few years to new roles in management and helping our clients to launch their credit card portfolio. This included process development, building a library of SOPs for multiple roles, recruitment and personnel management, training, TSYS OTIS development, platform testing (client and business) and a few other activities. In doing so, having seen the successful launch of the client platform, I moved into to a new role as Corporate Internal Risk Analyst overseeing all client portfolios and designing and implementing WFH monitoring programs. Following years of success in vastly improving alert parameters for multiple portfolios, client relationship building and identifying instances of insider fraud, as well as providing clients with general risk assessments (identifying external fraud in the process) I have since been promoted to a newly created role of Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance. I look forward to the challenges ahead and the opportunity to take the Insider Risk and Compliance Teams to new levels. In my spare time, my favourite hobby is working on my art pieces. I've turned that hobby into a start up self business which continues to grow and working on additional partnerships.
