Founder and president of AFIN International, Inc. a global consulting firm that advises clients on growth and international market entry strategies and cross-border transactions, including strategic alliances, joint ventures, strategic investments and licensing. Twenty years of strategic, operating and transactional experience in the GCC. Founding member of the board of directors of the American Kuwaiti Alliance, a U.S. non profit corporation comprised of prominent Kuwaiti and U.S. companies and institutions through which the Alliance facilitated Kuwait’s designation as a U.S. Major Non-NATO Ally, an Open Skies Treaty and a Free Trade Agreement between Kuwait and the U.S. Additionally, led the formation, funding and management of over $1 billion of institutional investment funds on behalf of GCC sovereign wealth funds. During the past five years, Mr. Ogilvie has served on the board of directors of Inspyre Therapeutics, Inc, Seneca Biopharma, Inc. Research Solutions, Inc. and Oxigenesis, Inc. He is presently on the Advisory Board of Profusa, Inc.
