I have been working in the Retail Industry for 11 years, holding increasingly responsible positions as a result of consistent execution upon deliverables, a proven track record of engagement, development & team-building, and strong ambitions toward upward mobility in line with my capabilities. I have been recognized as a top-performer on a consistent basis in all companies for which I have worked, along with all positions I have held; the relationships I have built, along with the skills I developed have resulted in my becoming a mentor to many, as a multi-faceted subject matter expert. I have been able to coach, upskill, engage & retain quite a few teams, and all of my teams have been able to achieve record results, whether within financials, company initiatives, corporate social responsibility, key performance indicators or personnel/engagement. I have multi-unit experience, managing multiple locations at once, and being responsible & accountable for up to 12 locations-I also have recruitment experience, spearheading talent acquisition & onboarding for as large a geographical area as 8 counties, and managing requisitions/handling technical assistance for all.
