I love working in teams and nurturing relationships. My mission is to bring positive energy wherever I go, leaving whatever I touch better than when I found it. After the better part of a decade in the environmental industry, I decided to turn the page, return to school, and write a new story. I'm a recent graduate of SAIT's Business Administration diploma program, where I majored in marketing. Empathy, attention to detail, and a customer-orientated mindset are some personal characteristics that propelled me toward marketing—I can put myself in the shoes of others to understand their problems and provide solutions. That's how I make a difference. I have an affinity for communication and collaboration, and I'm happiest when working alongside others who are passionate, innovative, and seek continuous improvement. It's important to take our work seriously but not ourselves. Let's work hard, build beautiful things, and have some fun along the way. Outside work and school, I volunteer at The Calgary Tennis Club, serving (pun intended) on its board of directors. Of course, I enjoy my time on the courts and the patio as well.
