About Scott Robley

We develop people. Our mission is to improve the world by helping people improve themselves. Through our award-winning courses and bestselling books, we help people learn behaviors that have a disproportionate impact on outcomes. We call these behaviors crucial skills. I am a Master Trainer and thought leader at Crucial Learning. I work across departments to provide insight and partnership acting as a brand advocate and subject matter expert. I work directly with clients, delivering training and speaking publicly at conferences to accelerate learning initiatives. I contribute to and support research on Learning and Development to keep Crucial Learning relevant and top of mind in the L&D world. I assist in course design and development as well as developing support tools and resources for our trainers.
