About Scott Russo

If you're looking at my profile it's probably for one of these reasons:1. I looked at yours. Curiosity is a beautiful thing.2. You are an IT professional looking for an email migration solution and someone said;"you should talk to Scott."3. LinkedIn recommended that we connect based on our mutual connections (they are correct). With over 10 years of experience in customer service technical support management, business development, and customer success management, I am a highly motivated, performance-driven, and self-organized leader who delivers high-quality services and products in a cloud environment. I have a PMP certification in progress and a passion for leading life with empathy and curiosity. Most recently, I was a Senior Product Support Engineer at Quest Software, where I supported SaaS organization products for Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Active Directory migration and transformation. I developed expertise in all technical components of SaaS migration products and configurations, improving time to resolution by 200% and CSAT scores by 100%. I also provided white-glove service and product training to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, I coached, mentored, and trained support engineers to enhance their skills and performance. I am looking to leverage my skills and experience to help organizations achieve their cloud migration and customer success goals.Based out of Old Bridge, NJ I get to live with my incredible wife, and two children. You can also find me enjoying really good Bloody Mary, or a snifter of bourbon or Old Barrel Vodka (made in France, aged in cognac casks ). I enjoy cooking, gardening, flying my drone, and hiking through the woods.I loved donating my time at Just4Kixs special needs soccer program, and mentoring new soccer referees.
