While he has recently transitioned to Heartland, Scott is not new to the industry having set up more than 1700 payrolls in his career. He holds a BS degree with high distinction from Penn State University’s business school, as well as an MBA from Rutgers University. Having run his own 85 employee business for 14 years, he brings a wealth of experience to the table, and understands the needs of small business owners.
