With hands-on management expertise leading large-scale operations, I excel in both office and operational environments and consider myself someone that can easily move between the two. I enjoy strategic planning equally with tactical planning and operational strategy. I often rely on teaching strategies I’ve learned and take the approach of helping colleagues understand the ‘why’ behind processes when I am training or mentoring. I’m best known for being someone that empathizes with others while working towards a beneficial, sustainable solution (but I will stand my ground when needed). I pride myself on listening and understanding first, then using my expertise to guide and influence others. I enjoy traveling for work.
