KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS I acted as “Ambassador” to manage Company acquisition of facilities, assets, personnel, culture and processes, mediating and negotiating asset transactions, smoothing strained relations, and incorporating new company into the “family” I led a team that was recognized as “Tip of the Spear” for Company culture alignment of corporate support functions. I led an organization overseeing a $15M tool inventory, a 500 vehicle Company fleet, 8 statewide facilities, and the company purchasing strategy, creating a team focused on customer service, dependability, safety, availability, transparency and compliance. I spearheaded an industry peer group managing supplier relationships and an incentive program that increased payout from $400K to $4M annually (group) with a ROI of 3.1%. With a colleague, I co-created an internal consulting program for Mobil procurement that advocated and presented “new” and more profitable methods of managing supplier relationships to audiences across the US, Canada, and the UK.
