But most of all I am good at helping both parties navigate the sometimes stressful and bumpy road of the recruiting process effectively. The main thing that gives me satisfaction in my work is building successful companies with happy and effective members, that can be a start up, a mid size company trying to get an edge or a large organization trying to build a strong internal division.
