17 years of entrepreneurship in China have turned me into a resilient rapport builder with a global perspective who turns ideas into thriving businesses. For me, delivering measurable victories to complex problems despite overwhelming odds is now all in a day’s work.While in China, I had P&L responsibility bootstrapping four businesses in supply chain, training, e-commerce, and hospitality, giving me a profound self-directed drive for growth, proven success in B2B sales and customer success, expertise in B2C/O2O community building, management and marketing, as well as a deep understanding of China’s market and culture. I've done or dabbled in almost everything any organization needs to do. My accomplishments are the product of proactive strategy, a "buck stops here" mentality, nimble pivoting, and learning quickly. My major victories include: Strategically and tactically quadrupling Craft Head’s audience, maintaining >17% net income, and opening a second location despite China’s Covid policies. Creating, selling, and delivering corporate training products that improved efficiencies at Fortune 500 companies for thousands of people. Learning to learn - on my own and with a valuable network of mentors, I’ve taught myself almost every skill I have.I love to turn "I think I can" into "I knew I could."
