With a background as a recognised Executive Chef and over 15 years’ experience in food & beverage operations, I’ve built a reputation for lifting capability, embedding brand standards, and delivering commercially viable solutions across complex, multi-site environments. I’ve led national rollouts, developed scalable kitchen systems, and designed menus that balance creativity, consistency, and commercial performance. My strengths lie in operational strategy, project execution, and stakeholder alignment, whether working with franchisees, suppliers, or cross-functional teams. While my foundation is in the kitchen, I’m always interested in opportunities that allow me to apply this experience more broadly, particularly in roles that value initiative, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I’m known for being calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and approachable - someone who builds trust quickly and brings a steady hand to fast-moving, customer-facing settings.
