Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics | Materials Science & Engineering | Thin Films | Perovskite Solar Cells I hold a Ph.D. jointly awarded by Aix-Marseille Université (France) and École Nationale Supérieure des Mines et de la Métallurgie d’Annaba (Algeria). My research focused on solid-state reactions between Ni thin films and semiconductors, with applications in microelectronics and optoelectronics. Currently, I work on perovskite solar cells, exploring both experimental fabrication and simulation (SCAPS-1D, CASTEP). I specialize in thin film deposition (spin coating, sputtering) and characterization (XRD, SEM, TEM, AFM, UV-Vis, electrical measurements).
