About Serena Hui

A graduate from the Human Resources Management Certificate program in Ontario. Proud active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) candidate. As a former cabin crew member at WestJet Airlines, one of Canada's biggest low-cost airlines, I have a strong passion and dedication for the airline industry. My extensive experience as part of the inflight service team allowed me to gain a strong understanding of the overall airline operations as well as insights on managing day-to-day or IROP situations. In addition, my most recent role as a department secretary at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) equipped me with core administrative skills as I showcased my strong organizational and time management skills in a high pressure, fast-paced psychiatric hospital. With my combined expertise as a former inflight team member at an airline and extensive administrative experience, I am proud to support the Flight Operations Department as a Flight Operations Administrator at Porter Airlines Inc. and contribute to the company’s growth and success in the aviation industry.
