Read below about my accomplishments and experience in Workforce Management Software Implementation and Service Delivery Methodology Development:As an Associate System Consultant and UKG Partner, I work with clients to deliver optimized UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) solutions, leveraging best practices and industry trends to meet current and future client needs. I continually develop creative solutions and serve as a subject matter expert on UKG WFM products and practices. Additionally, I support post-live clients by analyzing existing configuration and making adjustments to further automate and enhance the user experience. Throughout this journey with Align HCM, I have received several 5-Star Reviews for my exceptional customer service and expertise.In my previous role at WorkForce Software, I was responsible for Project Management Processes and Service Methodology Development. I created an interactive process flow to be used by the entire organization and serve as single source of truth for our methodology. To achieve this, I regularly worked with cross-functional departments to analyze business rules and needs to improve our written procedures.In addition, I have gathered and documented formal business requirements in a high-visibility software implementation project. Throughout this project, I have maintained all documentation of onsite requirements workshops and tracked project risks, actions, issues, and decisions in an internal RAID Log, reporting critical items to executive leadership.Throughout my previous journey with PlanSource as a Customer Success Analyst, I have worked on several high-visibility projects and have been selected by executive leadership to take over as the Project Manager in the transition of COBRA business to our external partners. Additionally, I had the opportunity to coordinate with leadership of cross-functional departments to resolve billing gaps in COBRA & Flex services, locating 150K in underbilled revenue. In previous roles, I have also completed multiple vendor selections. During a period of dramatically increased volume of enrollments due to COVID, I trained and supervised a team of 15 contractors on eligibility processing, providing support to upper management as well as team members.I am an experienced self-starter with a passion for learning, and I can confidently say I am able to adapt quickly in a changing work environment.
