About Sergio Panday

Coming from a nearly 20-year international leadership career in banking, I am now driven by the mission to increase ethnocultural diversity in corporate leadership. Not only do I believe in the power of diverse leadership teams, I also believe that there is a massive pool of ethnocultural talent that is under-utilised and poorly managed. There is a clear win-win for individuals, organisations and society as a whole - I am dedicated to unlocking this hidden value! By founding Roots Inspire (.), we have built a platform to provide practical ethnocultural diversity solutions to companies at different stages: Awareness > Action > Integration. With more than 100 ethnocultural corporate leaders involved in our programmes as leadership mentors, we provide the role models, network and practical guidance your talent pool needs on the unwritten rules of the corporate world.
